Dorothy M. Pritchett, Certified Coach

Dorothy (Dotty) Pritchett founded Andrew Grace Associates L.L.C. in 2002 after becoming personally aware that her work-life had to mean more than performing a job. She “knew” that if she followed what she loved to do, she would be successful. Naming the company for her two grown children, Andrew and Grace, made this venture a very personal journey.

She discovered a talent for connecting people with those individuals that appreciate the value of establishing relationship-based networks. After completing corporate executive coach training with the International Strategic Executive Coaching Alliance, she learned her passion, “To create joy by listening, connecting and empowering others.” She translated this passion into meeting the course work and professional standards of the The International Coach Federation to become an accredited coach. She is certified by Personnel Decisions International to conduct on-line 360 assessments with one on one feedback. She also performs DISC assessments as well as Work Expectations, Stress, Listening and Diversity assessments.

Her passion for creating joy can translate into enthusiastic support for you as you develop a personal and situational perspective. Her creative approach to changing her career path enables her to help you create an environment of inquiry and to strategize for your desired results.

Andrew Grace Associates has ongoing relationships with business professionals and coaching affiliates throughout the United States, Europe and South America. Clients have included CEO’s, directors, managers, attorneys, paralegals, mediators, sales associates, investment advisors, restaurant owners, loan officers, administrative assistants, and creatives.

Andrew Grace Associates support the community and professional organizations and believe in building lasting relationships. Dorothy resides in the Atlanta historic district of Inman Park. She and her husband have restored his 100 year-old childhood home. She enjoys gardening, creating adventures, story-telling, visiting her children and 3 granddaughters in California. She is active in the Stephen Minister training program at her church, the International Coach Federation (www.coachfederation.org).
